Edith Head



Edith Head won a record eight Academy Awards for costume design. Breaking into a male-dominated industry, her Hollywood career spanned seven decades, during which she dressed Grace Kelly, Elizabeth Taylor, Cary Grant, Robert Redford and many, many more. She studied at Stanford from 1919 to 1920.

Susan Claassen



Susan Claassen is an actor, director and artistic director who has toured the United States for fifteen years with her one-woman show, Conversations with Edith Head. Helped by an uncanny physical resemblance, for a few hours each performance, she becomes Edith Head.
